    These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MedPharma Alliance International. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

    Service Provider

    MedPharma Alliance International is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers. We facilitate healthcare services but do not provide direct medical care.

    Telehealth Platform

    MedPharma provides a secure platform for virtual healthcare consultations between patients and licensed healthcare providers. Our services include:

    • Video consultations with licensed doctors
    • Prescription management and delivery
    • Health record management
    • Appointment scheduling
    • Diagnostic test coordination
    • Health education and resources

    Healthcare Provider Network

    We work with a network of licensed healthcare providers who are independently responsible for the medical care they provide. MedPharma does not employ these providers but facilitates connections between patients and qualified medical professionals.

    Your Responsibilities

    Accurate Information

    Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and health information.

    Account Security

    Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access.

    Appropriate Use

    Use our services only for legitimate healthcare purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

    Payment Obligations

    Pay all fees and charges associated with the services you receive.

    Follow Medical Advice

    Follow the medical advice and treatment plans provided by your healthcare providers.

    Report Issues

    Report any technical issues, concerns, or problems with the services promptly.

    Prohibited Uses

    You may not use our services for:

    • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Interfering with or disrupting our services
    • Sharing false or misleading medical information
    • Attempting to impersonate another person or entity
    • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
    • Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
    • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff

    Emergency Situations

    Our telehealth services are not intended for medical emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

    Payment Terms

    Fees and Charges

    You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the services you receive:

    • Consultation fees for healthcare provider services
    • Prescription and medication delivery charges
    • Diagnostic test fees
    • Platform usage fees (where applicable)
    • Any applicable taxes

    Payment Methods

    We accept various payment methods including:

    • Credit and debit cards
    • Mobile money payments
    • Bank transfers
    • Insurance payments (where applicable)

    Refund Policy

    Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we may provide refunds for:

    • Technical issues preventing service delivery
    • Provider cancellations or no-shows
    • Duplicate payments
    • Other circumstances at our discretion

    Limitation of Liability

    Service Limitations

    MedPharma provides a platform for telehealth services but does not provide direct medical care. Healthcare providers are independently responsible for the medical care they provide through our platform.

    Limitation of Damages

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedPharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

    Maximum Liability

    Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    Privacy and Data Protection

    Data Protection

    We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our data handling practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

    HIPAA Compliance

    We maintain HIPAA compliance and implement appropriate safeguards to protect your health information. All healthcare providers in our network are also required to maintain HIPAA compliance.

    Termination

    Termination by You

    You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, but we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

    Termination by Us

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other reasons at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

    Effect of Termination

    Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

    Governing Law and Disputes

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

    Dispute Resolution

    We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes. If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, we may agree to participate in alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation.
